6 sentyabr 2021-ci il tarixdə Müdafiə Nazirliyinin N saylı hərbi hissəsinin hərbi qulluqçusu, əsgər Məlikzadə Məmmədağa Zakir oğlunun həmin gün odlu silahdan atəş açmaqla özünü öldürməsi barədə Gəncə Hərbi Prokurorluğuna məlumat daxil olub.

Bu barədə Alp.az-a Baş Prokurorluğun Mətbuat xidmətindən məlumat verilib.

Fakt üzrə Azərbaycan Respublikası Cinayət Məcəlləsinin 125-ci (özünü öldürmə həddinə çatdırma) maddəsi ilə cinayət işi başlanılıb, iş üzrə şahidlər dindirilib, müvafiq ekspertizalar təyin edilib və zəruri istintaq hərəkətləri həyata keçirilib.

Cinayət işi Baş Prokurorluğun rəhbərliyi tərəfindən xüsusi nəzarətə götürülməklə, istintaqın davam etdirilməsi Hərbi Prokurorluğun İstintaq idarəsinə həvalə edilib.

Hazırda iş üzrə zəruri tədbirlərin görülməsi davam etdirilir.
